Theologos Houses

We welcome you to the friendly family atmosphere of Theologos’ Traditional Luxury Houses and Apartments for rent in Patmos Island.
They are built of Patmos traditional materials: stones, wood and ceramic tiles in a traditional way.
We are amphitheatrically located in the bay of Grikos and of Petra which was awarded in 2012’s 7th world conference the title of “the most beautiful bay in the world”.
Thanks to the structure of the bay we are protected from the North wind that blows through the summer months and you can always enjoy the fantastic sea views over the bay from our large balconies. Some of the houses doesn't have sea view.
All the houses have AC, wifi and balcony or terrace.
Breakfast is available on request and with extra charge at our cafe.
We are at about 3,5 Km from the port of Skala and at 3,5 Km from Hora the old village where the Monastery of St. John is.
